If the treasurer is truly being kept out of the loop at SEIA, out of the discussion about employee compensation, is it possible that the membership is being kept out of the loop on policy issues? SEIA has largely kept a democratic approach on policy but how much is being handled inside the pay-to-play board and even inside the executive inner circle?

The Attorney General has filed suit against some Chinese hackers, accusing them of targeting American Companies and foreign companies based in America. One of them is SolarWorld, who is accusing the Chinese of stealing proprietary emails. Many of you don't remember but there remains a Federal case brought against the Chinese Government by the Solyndra Trustee that a judge has refused to dismiss. Does the hacking revelation breath new air into the Solyndra lawsuit?
