Wakeup Thoughts: Unreported as of yet but the US 2nd Circuit Court ruled against NRDC/Babylon on the matter of PACE financing with regard to FHFA.  From my non-legal viewpoint it looks like the next Congress will have to help residential PACE with an ‘Act of Congress’.  It does seem that it has some bipartisan support that we all look forward to.  Who knows; maybe PACE will bring Congress back together.
