This is your SolarWakeup for November 28th, 2012.

Wakeup Thoughts: Many of us talk about climate change but few of us have been impacted by it, impacted to the point that it changes our lifestyle or makes memories permanently irreplaceable.  My twitter (@YannBrandt) background is a picture of my son on a beach in Fort Lauderdale which we went to as a family many times per week.  The last article and pictures below show you where that beach is today…gone, permanently.

Wakeup Thoughts: Greetings from Connecticut, a week filled with travel which we are all accustomed to.  One goal that few of us talk about is that our businesses should be more local in the future.  Enough roaming from market to market and being away from the family.

Wakeup Thoughts: Welcome back from your Thanksgiving Holiday (US readers) and pardon for the interruption for all readers abroad.  I want to thank each and every one of you for opening SolarWakeup every morning.  This has been a venture started on a whim and I could not have asked for better results.  I have no motive in this endeavor so every word of encouragement from you means a lot.  In 3 months we have been read in over 40 Countries and more coming every week.  THANK YOU!

Wakeup Thoughts: Leading this morning’s Wakeup with a story from the City I was born and raised in.  Hamburg is an incredible place that has adapted with infrastructure to support the new advanced economy.  Not surprisingly, Hamburg is mostly cloudy with a chance of rain pretty much all year long but has not wavered in its commitment to solar.
