Wakeup Thoughts: With much anticipation we waited for the SolarCity news to come out.  It seemed okay at first but then Greentech Media broke the news that the IPO had been postponed after a last ditch effort to lower the price.  Time will tell what the reasons are and if/when the IPO can make a 2nd attempt.

Wakeup Thoughts: Well today is the day, SolarCity will join the market in the afternoon as SCTY and begin trading tomorrow morning.  I will be buying a few token shares as a sign of industry support, like having a glass of champagne for your friend’s engagement.  At $13-$15 per share, maybe it becomes a nice gift for the Holidays?
