Wakeup Thoughts: Are REITs and MLPs are going to be the saviors of the solar industry.  I tend to be more skeptical, while REITs and MLPs can lower the cost of capital significantly, it will not fix the lack of uniformity in the project pipelines or the fact that the commercial sector has lacked the most important factor, Credit Uniformity!!  My blog post on the subject…click here.
