Wakeup Thoughts: Good News from Los Angeles…their program will continue as planned, and surely sell out in short order.  The Connecticut utilities also announced today that their small system program seems to have been oversubscribed.  What are you doing to move post local subsidies?

Wakeup Thoughts:  President Obama surprised many yesterday with a rather strong inclusion of climate change and clean energy in his inaugural speech yesterday.  Solar will continue to play a big role in diversifying energy supply and reducing the water used by power plants (see a related letter in NY Times letter).
