Wakeup Thoughts: Here we go again, CASM has filed a lawsuit to expand the tariff’s that DoJ levied against Chinese manufacturers.  In my opinion, this will do nothing to advance the industry.  As the solar industry learns to sell the value proposition, more and more consumers will buy solar but until then the industry may keep eating its own.
