Chinese modules now have a minimum price in the EU markets. While that may seem to make it fair to local producers, I would also say that it harms those that install solar on their homes/businesses etc by creating a base price in the market. At a certain point, governments/regulators/politicians/utilities will ALL recognize solar as benefit to society in the same way that bipartisan polls love solar.
