Today’s lead is the fight over Ron Binz as the head of FERC. Through our process a few weeks ago, I am convinced that the solar industry or an advocacy group could do extremely well fighting for pro-solar utility commissioners. The elections could be cheaper and the process straight forward. We should take part of this process and fight for those regulators.
