Government Intervention. Looks like some manufacturers are having trouble managing through too much after too little government intervention. In a world where there is a tremendous amount of motion in the module supply chain as it pertains to duties, tariffs, regulations and related laws, many of which are lobbied by the companies that benefit from them are now being hurt by different expectations for enforcement.
