[New Episode] Boots on the Ground. Abby and I go through this week in solar’s newsfeed, from cyber to elections and the latest of the permit reform bill. Getting Lectured On Permitting. The solar industry is whipping votes and support big time for the permitting bill that the White House is actively trying to squander to be honest. Lobbying is focused on the wrong actors especially since this isn’t actually a solar permitting bill at all, it helps us in some areas but is largely not meant for our industry at all.
Brutal Energy Affordability Crisis. New York Times is out with a humanitarian piece on what it means when Americans fall behind on their energy bills and it’s even worse now since energy bills never seem to go down. My question to you is this, what can the solar industry do to help?
RE+. See you at RE+, I am officially starting off with scheduling, though lightly so that we can set time for walking the booth. We’ll be doing two Boots on the Ground recordings during the show, hopefully one from a wonderful location.
