It is largely expected that Inslee will be signing the bill since climate change is his main issue for his presidential campaign. Personally, I’ve been waiting for a candidate to get on the debate stage and talk climate change for every question. Jobs, national security, refugee crisis, foreign policy, they all lead to climate change.
