The notice has come out though the official filing has not yet happened. Sunedison appears to be in talks with lenders to see it through the chapter 11 filings. Two lenders are in play, Deutsche Bank, and a few funds that participated in the latest debt raise. The stock is now nearing the single digits and it will take some time to unwind the projects and various business units. Stay tuned for much more.
