Net metering and other solar policies that have been fought for by our sector for a long time and those have been attacked. The solar industry has a lot more work to do lobbying the Federal government for items such as ITC extension and depreciation rules but at the State levels, PUCs control a lot of the rule details, let’s not ignore those!
