Wakeup Thoughts: Fitch has released a new set of criteria for rating solar funds. Unfortunately the report is behind a paywall but a positive sign nonetheless. In related news, I have been doing some research on the CA market and it appears that there are very (I mean almost no) contractors focused on small and medium commercial customers…am I wrong?
