Some movement in CA on several fronts.  AB 327 has passed the Senate but there is yet to be consensus in the solar industry whether the bill is good or bad…anyone want to fill us in?  Also, several billionaires will tackle climate change with enthusiasm and money, never a bad combo and energy storage seems to be on the path to prosperity, a good sign for solar indeed.
